I had the absolute pleasure of being referred to Julia for a prenatal massage with my 3rd baby and oh my goodness, I cannot even express my gratitude!! Julia individualized my massage needs based upon each visit! I have seen her three subsequent times: 1. slept wrong and crick in my neck (couldn't turn it) - she helped with range of motion and pain 2. needing relaxing massage during postpartum 3. deep tissue massage for all those tight posterior chain muscles from breastfeeding and working on a computer (aka bad posture). She has great bedside manner and a relaxing environment. Highly recommend for all your massage needs!
I work hunched over a computer all day, and deal with pain in my neck, shoulders, and carpal tunnel. Julia is THE BEST massage therapist I've ever worked with!! She has helped me immensely with not only feeling less pain, but actually feeling good in my body. I really appreciate her attention to detail and considerations of my needs and preferences in her approach.
