The longer I am with Dr Bregenzer as my primary care physician, the more I like & trust her! She is great!
Total incompetence with regards to incorrect visit coding for insurance and trying to get it corrected. Went for my annual wellness visit. Insurance won't pay because it was billed as preventive care rather than annual wellness visit. For three months and numerous contacts, no one has corrected the problem. Even Dr. Bregenzer has NOT responded to my request for assistance. I have been experiencing much anxiety and stress because I will have to pay the bill due to their error and refusal to correct the billing code.
I’ve been coming here since April and Dr.Bregenzer is great. She listens to my concerns and guides me in the right direction. It has been a pleasant experience during each visit.
