If I could give Julia ten stars I would. She picked up the phone immediately when I reached out, her attentiveness, availability and responsiveness was consistent throughout the purchase process. Everyone she recommended was extremely competitively priced, professional, delivered on time and was A+++. She was a pleasure to work with and worked miracles to get the closing done within 6 weeks. I knew Julia was the attorney I wanted when she responded to my initial reachout in the middle of the day on Sunday. During our home purchase process, she was responsive, proactive, and reassuring even through some bumps. In this particular transaction, the seller and seller's attorney were a bit difficult. I was so grateful to have Julia advocating for us; she handled the back-and-forth and got the results we wanted in every case. If I ever buy or sell another property in Connecticut I will absolutely be calling her first.
