I’ve never spoken to Julia Johnson but I’ve been with this branch of State farm for over 10 years. I always had the pleasure of working with Carla Duarte who is an utter delight. She’s incredibly friendly and great at her job. Unfortunately, in the past few months I’ve had to deal with Julia’s husband. John Johnson. Not only does he take days to get back to you, he is INCREDIBLY rude and from my experience it seems like he either is not qualified or does not want to refund money to customers – again this is my opinion. ... read more
