Never been a patient, I am sure the doctor is wonderful but her front staff needs customer service training, extremely rude
Great Dr. great staff. From the receptionist to the Nurse to the Dr.
Dr. Hope is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely informative and very easy to talk to on the phone and in her office. She takes time to really listen and has a very good bedside manner. I am very pleased to have her as my doctor. I have moved away but still am using her as my physician.. MDVIP is lucky to have her in their network. She is the reason I am with MDVIP even since I am in another state.
Very pleased with Dr. Julia Hope and her entire staff. Phone call requests and questions are answered almost immediately. Very thorough. I am 82 and had my first "real" physical.
