Had an amazing experience with Julia and her business associate Alex! We certainly gave her a challenge with our house. A unique property in Gulfport that had nothing to compare it to, was stalled because of probate, and needed some TLC. She started right away giving us direction with her 'To Do' list. Buying a house is always a huge pain in the butt, but Julia helped us find and lock down our new home in Tampa. Nothing about the transaction stood out in my mind, which is proof that it all went smoothly (a real feat in the TB real estate game). So if you’re looking for a professional real estate agent (who can also bust out in song at a moment’s notice), you’ll be hard-pressed to find one in the Tampa Bay Area who’ll be happier to do it. ;-)

Julia was absolutely lovely to work with. She made herself available at any time, and really worked with my family and I to find the perfect property for my big move. This process would have been much more stressful without Julia's calm demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to help in any capacity. I am so thankful to have worked with her.
