I do not remember the doctor coming to talk to me before the surgery or after and I ask my daughter if she had seen her and she said no also. After 48 years as a nurse, this is the first time this has happened to me. I did fine and I heard her talking to the scrub tech throughout the surgery, so I am sure she was there.
Julie was very nice and dealt with the issue at hand. Although she couldn’t help me, she did put my mind at ease. She was very personable and if I ever have any other issues I will certainly return to her.
