I would never recommend anyone see Dr. Dyer. She is a nice person but she didn't listen to my concerns, she is very difficult to get a hold of, it takes weeks to get prescriptions submitted to insurance (even with me calling her office twice a week about my medication not being submitted), and she is just very disorganized to the point where it translates to neglect. My health really declined under her care as a result and I decided to seek care elsewhere.
I went to Dr. Dyer for about 2-3 years. She did absolutely nothing for me with the exception of prescribing me several different medications. She gave me an endoscopy told me that there was a flap inside of my stomach that is supposed to keep the acid out, but mine is not working properly. She never gave me a resolution. I was a patient for nearly two years and consistently experienced poor communication from this office. Getting test results often required repeated follow-ups, and appointment wait times were frequently excessive, additionally they never properly submitted prescriptions. My most recent visit was unacceptable.
