I wouldn't recommend seeing Dr. Dyer, especially if you need any sort of procedure done. She is a nice person but she didn't listen to my concerns, she is very difficult to get a hold of, it takes weeks to get prescriptions submitted (even with me calling her office twice a week about my medication not being submitted), and she is just very disorganized to the point where it translates to neglect. My health really declined under her care as a result and I decided to seek care elsewhere.
Doctor Dyer is the best!
I'm so beyond grateful that I found Dr. Dyer. She's extremely knowledgeable, she takes time to make sure I understand what's causing my symptoms, she explains her thought process behind recommended treatment, and she keeps medication pricing in mind. I genuinely couldn't ask for better care.
This office is horrible. Simply put, the office told me my insurance was accepted when it apparently wasn’t, and they also confirmed twice that they had my referral in their system yet they told my insurance company that it wasn’t; they lied about accepting my insurance and receiving my referral. Sadly for them I have a list of electronic documents and confirmations that they lied so they’ve got an impossible uphill battle to try and collect money.
