I was a patient for nearly two years and consistently experienced poor communication from this office. Getting test results often required repeated follow-ups, and appointment wait times were frequently excessive, additionally they never properly submitted prescriptions. My most recent visit was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend seeing Dr. Dyer, especially if you need any sort of procedure done. She is a nice person but she didn't listen to my concerns, she is very difficult to get a hold of, it takes weeks to get prescriptions submitted (even with me calling her office twice a week about my medication not being submitted), and she is just very disorganized to the point where it translates to neglect. My health really declined under her care as a result and I decided to seek care elsewhere.
Doctor Dyer is the best!
I'm so beyond grateful that I found Dr. Dyer. She's extremely knowledgeable, she takes time to make sure I understand what's causing my symptoms, she explains her thought process behind recommended treatment, and she keeps medication pricing in mind. I genuinely couldn't ask for better care.
