I had a wellness check today. It was a thorough examination, professionally performed.
While Dr. Julia is very sweet and smart, she did not help me get referred to an endocrinologist like I asked. I have a family history of Hashimoto’s, but she refused to do a simple blood test for antibodies. She repeatedly tested my thyroid hormones and they repeatedly came back normal. I kept trying and trying, but she kept refusing. She said that the only current treatment for Hashimotos is thyroid replacement hormones, which I did not need. This is not true. Dr. Cuervo is the only Dr. I’ve ever had that truly cares & wants me to be at my healthiest. She is thorough, diligent & kind.
Staff are very professional & pleasant, great customer service. Dr. Cuervo is very caring & thorough. She discusses treatment options with herb patients.
