Everyone here is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The facility is clean and beautifully laid out, and my X-rays and cleaning went smoothly. Scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to book appointments much sooner than I expected!
I have been trying to see Dr. Cerny for my yearly follow up. Everytime is getting close to appointment, receptioned calls to reschedule my appointment. Dr. Cerny has a nice personality but very irresponsible with her patients. She likes to reschedule alot. She has reschedule my appointment 3 times. One was because she had a family emergency second time was because she was "sick" and now today just got a call needing to reschedule vm because she is going on vacation with her daughters. I tried 4 Dentists before finding my perfect fit- Dr. Cerny is so welcoming and professional. Her staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well- I get personal attention and great service when I go- If you’re looking for a personal touch consider her office.
By far the worst dental office! The only decent person there is the front desk receptionist, everyone else including the doctor is rude and patient care doesn’t matter. Appointments are constantly canceled and changed because the doctor doesn’t come to work. I’ve had 3 appointments in a row cancelled. I will be leaving this practice and finding a new dentist that actually cares about their patients. Steer clear of this office.
I can't give Dr. Cerny and staff enough praise! I had a tooth needing extraction asap and they got me in last minute for a consult and got me the referral I needed. I was lucky to find such a great dental office, the professional staff and great bedside manner made this my regular dental office. Thank you!
