I signed up with Julia because I had several difficulties that I hoped she could help me with. And she really did! I started working with Julia Lamm after taking a free online week-long core training course with her. That course showed me the benefits that her coaching could bring. The workouts are planned for women 50 years+ and tailored to individual needs and abilities. Mingled with some live sessions, one works along with Julia watching a YouTube playlist of moves. I asked for Julia’s help because I was having a lot of shoulder and neck pain. This had been going on for months. Between hot yoga, and lifting weights and doing the elliptical five days a week, I was not happy with this ongoing pain. Was I doing something wrong? Julia has the sixth sense when it comes to body mechanics. I came to Julia with pain in my knee and hip after two separate full-rounds of traditional physical therapy failed me.
