I had 3 visits with her. Everything was fine until the last visit when she said she was going to "trim" my hair - and I said "trim? Dust the ends?" ans she said yes. Then a day later when I took my hair from the wrap I discovered SHE CUT OFF FOUR INCHES. I know because I've spent the last several years growing out my hair w the help of my amazing L.A. Very professional and friendly owner, Julia. She takes her time and does hair beautifully. I love that she works with all types of hair, and she makes sure that she understands what the customer wants before styling. This is the only salon I get my hair done with in NY.
