GEt a new ofice mgr. was a patient of the Dr for years moved to NYC because my daughter was sick. NOW that she is better I rented a place in palm city to be close to.the Dr. Last mo. I had an appt with her. However rental fell through, so.i.cancelled the apt. 3 weeks later found another rentaI called to reschedule the new office mgr said I'm now 3 weeks later a new patient and she is not taking new patients..what changed in 3 weeks...the office mgr.I.will pursue this With all recourse especi
Dr Trautschold is very personable and listens to my questions and takes the time to explain things.
Terribly condescending. If you don't mind being spoken to like scum of the earth, she is for you!! Records are never current--or perhaps she doesn't read them. I found myself defending my virtues and never getting answers to my questions because she was too busy berating me. I was naked on an exam table with a sheet waiting for a pelvic exam while she while scolded me for missing a mammogram that she screwed up by ordering the wrong test. I walked out and she threatened not to fill my rx!!
She's ver knowledgeable and takes her time with you!
