I absolutely love Dr. Julia Liaci and her assistants, Sharon and Nelly. Other negative reviews surprise me bc that is not the case or the experience for me. Very knowledgeable, caring, attentive practice. Nelly, who works the front desk, is business like as she should be. I admire how all 3 work together so seamlessly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Liaci for 20 plus years and even go to her despite living mostly out of state.

It has taken me a long time to do this. I don’t particularly like posting negative reviews. For being in the field of women’s health Dr. Liaci is not completely focused on women’s health. I went to her in my most desperate time of need and she would not do basic women’s health tests regularly. I assumed she would be interested being that she herself was middle aged person. I'm a dietitian who has seen Liaci for my own care, after being referred by another practitioner. I thought she was nice for a basic Pap, but referring patients has been a much different story. My patients have high standards, as do I, of good care and they confide in me. Some notes to consider before booking based on feedback from my patients: 1. Dr. Liaci was friendly, bright, and very knowledgeable. Her staff were caring and competent. I did have to wait about 45 minutes to be seen, but once I got in I felt in good hands. I have had to call the front desk a couple times since then and the people I talked to were helpful and kind.

This is the worst run medical practice I have ever experienced. I was left waiting for over an hour past my appointment time with no explanation. Meanwhile, I heard the Dr making small talk with a patient within earshot for 15 minutes between patients. The receptionist kept receiving calls where she was speaking loudly and rudely to people on the other end. I will not be back.
