I had an excellent experience at Vermont Eye Laser. Dr. Larson was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The only regret I have is I didn't do it sooner! The entire team was fantastic with communication, explaining everything clearly and being so responsive and professional throughout the process. You can really tell they care about their patients. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering Lasik surgery.
Dr. Larson did lasik surgery on me and then 10 years later a tune up. 15 years later i still have 20/20 vision thanks to her. Today she took a piece of metal out of my eye. In office in and out. I felt better immediately and could even drive home. The whole team is excellent. Eye care for the Adirondacks said I might be blinded if they did it. I believe that.
Greedy and unhelpful. Getting LASIK is easy. They are responsive to calls, very friendly, the whole process is well oiled and stress free. After you give them your money, they don’t respond. They over corrected my vision, then brushed me off several times on the phone when I asked to have an exam to determine if that was actually the case. My surgery was 100% successful! I was in great hands with Dr.Larson and her staff. They are professional and friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me before and during the procedure. Had I known how easy this was going to be I would have have the surgery done years ago.
I recently had Lasik done with Dr. Juli Larson and her staff! The whole office had a very comfortable feel annd Everyone I had interaction with on staff was very nice helpful and knowledgeable! The surgery itself was done before I realized it started! Then I could see perfectly before I left the waiting room to go home and now have been able to see better than I ever have!
