We popped in on a Friday afternoon just in search of a good cocktail and they were good cocktails with a great liquor selection. But, I've been to high end bars in cities and small towns with a unique atmosphere and haven't paid $26 for an Old Fashioned during happy hour. While there are other comments back indicating there are prices on the menus, I searched and could not find prices. It wasn't something that I would personally visit again for the price or atmosphere.
Here's what I need to let everyone know and here's the truth. I have lived in many countries and I've lived been very upscale around the world and i loves unique bars that are very upscale designed beautifully but if it doesn't follow-up with the alcohol that you serve and pretending to be upscale but yet not it's an issue. This place is a gem. Jules lives in every corner and that makes it a magical experience!
A long time ago I went here on my Birthday and after remarking on some of the most interesting glassware and Old Fashioned (The Smoked Jules is perfect) I mentioned it to Jules and proceeded to have the most fun evening topped off with a delicious pour of Pappy. I need to get back out here, it’s an experience and if you’re lucky to catch Jules when she’s there she’s an absolute hoot.
Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend. It what a pleasant surprise and unique experience. We met the very nice and personable owner Jules. Great concept and will return. Check it out.
