Eric and Julie made our home purchase experience the best one we ever had. Going through this process you need a true advocate and fixer. Not only did we feel we had those, but more importantly a friend that really cared. Even after closing you are still checked on and advocated for. I’ve found the realtor we will be using the rest of our lives and it is Jules & Company. 10 out of 10!
Julie is amazing! She always makes you feel like you are her only client. She’s incredibly responsive and she’s completely on top of every task and deadline. We wholeheartedly trust her to always have our best interest at heart! Julie has helped us sell two houses (so far) and purchase three homes. She’s the best and we highly recommend her and her team!
Julie and Eric were amazing to work with! They were patient and so helpful in choosing our dream home! And they were miracle workers getting both our contracts negotiated so that our moving day went off without a hitch. They were fun to be around and knew the right questions to ask when we ran out of questions. This was our second (and third) contract with them and we would use them everytime.

Julie has represented our family as both the selling and buying agent. As a selling agent she is very knowledgeable about what is competitive and fair to ask and to help you negotiate your sale. As our buying agent is where she really shined as she literally called expired listings to find us the perfect home in a neighborhood that we wanted to be in. I have not stopped recommending Jules and Company since!
