Slow down. Jules is so focused on quantity and speed that it has glossed over a quality experience. Often we have to pull off somewhere and finish wiping the vehicle down, shine up the tires, or clean up obvious spots they just didn't take 30 seconds to wipe off. We usually pay for the $45 wash and tip on top of it (interior and exterior) and every time it's just a "meh" experience. Not the best, not the worst. I believe Jules has the potential to be much more.
