They really need to add wiping down the inside of the door jams as well. I know other car washed will ask you to open the doors and they wipe the door jams out. Would be a great added touch of service.
They were fantastic and got white paint of my car incredibly well also had a good laugh with the employees about my side mirror being taped to the car. Highly recommend!

Jules equipment damaged my SUV and refused to take responsibility. The blower section of this drive-thru car wash damaged both left-side roof rack side rails. When I reported the damage, Ryan Barr, the owner/manager, immediately refused responsibility, claiming it was due to the vehicle being "over 5 years old." This is unacceptable equipment damage and terrible customer service. Ryan offered zero accountability for the damage caused by the wash.
