I don’t like to report bad experiences, but I hope to prevent this from happening to someone else. Please do not take family jewelry to Ross. I took my grandmother's engagement ring in for new tips. It took three weeks to get the ring back in pieces and I ended up going elsewhere. First, I was told there was an issue with the solder and it would take another week and cost more. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My fiancé and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service, speed, and skill provided! My fiancé wanted a slight adjustment made to an engagement ring that they had in stock, and the jeweller Ross was kind enough to complete the change quickly and deliver it to him (an hour and a half away from the store mind you) the following day.
