Jen and her team are fantastic. She is very skilled at her craft and is also a great conversationalist. She always listens to what her clients want but also has an eye for great looks and makes great recommendations. I have recommended her to colleagues who have equally loved her and will continue to go back to her!
I chose this salon because their website showed a $0 bang trim. However, when I arrived, I was told it would be $10 for the first visit and only free on future visits, so I was like ok since 10$ is not bad price. However, the service itself didn’t make up for it. The haircut felt rushed, as if they were trying to finish as quickly as possible rather than taking care and paying attention to detail, which made the experience and result disappointing. Beautiful salon, cozy and great ambience. I have a lovely, friendly caring stylist (Nathalie) who's cuts and styling are fantastic. My appointments are very relaxing and enjoyable me time. So glad I found this salon!
Natalie was so amazing and did a fabulous colour and cut for me! She really listened and understood what I was hoping for with this refresh and helped me decide on the colour and how she’d proceed. As someone who got her hair professionally coloured after many years, I have to say it was done really well and I would totally recommend Natalie for all your cut and colour needs!!
