No Toe fungus there!! I am so glad I have finally found a CLEAN & SANITARY place to get a pedicure! I got a form of toe fungi from the last chop shop I went to. I thought the place was kinda pricey @ first but when the lady explained that they have medical grade sterilization equipment for their tools I understood. Also when I walked in it smelled great for a nail place, I left with no headache. The gal sat me right away and gave me a warm neck wrap and offered me hot tea for free. DON'T GO HERE FOR TODDLER TIME DON'T GO HERE for their advertised toddler time. The location is NOT SAFE for toddlers! The back area, which contains toxic materials, is not secured. In addition, they advertise: Bring the kids along to ... investigate our overflowing toy box and listen to Julep's resident story reader. Our childcare professional will supervise your children while you enjoy the pampering you deserve. TOTALLY FALSE!!! I arrived and asked who was going to supervise my daughter. STAY AWAY!! My two friends and I decided to "treat" ourselves to the $48.00 pedicure. Though we considered the price somewhat steep, we figured the experience would be worth it. We were sorely disappointed. The establishment itself, though clean, is not warm or welcoming. Large screen TVs are on every wall (similar to a sports bar) and the music is basic rock (nothing Zen-like here!). The "soaking" was done in tepid water and lasted all of 45 seconds. Not worth it! After scheduling a "Porch" pedi with free mani because of a coupon, I came in and had the works done. I asked if this was the porch pedi, the girl said "oh no, this is the better one - you'll like it alot!" They didn't rectify anything and charged full price. She then did my mani and I told her my nails always chip within one day - so she told me I could come back and get a free repair in 2-3 days. So on my next day off two days later I had several chips, I came in and the girl at the desk "Jackie" said "oh, we... read more
