The first time I came here, I had to wait 1.5 hours because the stylist was running late with another client. I didn’t complain, paid full price ($80) for a quick wash and trim. The wash was poor — my hair felt greasy again as soon as I got home — though the trim was fine. When I tried to book again, I had a 12:00 appointment but got delayed by an urgent job interview. Mary is incredible!! I was very nervous to go to a new stylist but she makes you feel right at home and is very accommodating. I have dark black Asian hair that is bleached at the ends and she was able to beautifully highlight and fix my whole situation! Do not have any second thoughts when you are booking with Julep because they will do you right! I highly recommend Mary and I was blown away by her craft, attention to detail, and expertise.
