The first time I came here, I had to wait 1.5 hours because the stylist was running late with another client. I didn’t complain, paid full price ($80) for a quick wash and trim. The wash was poor — my hair felt greasy again as soon as I got home — though the trim was fine. When I tried to book again, I had a 12:00 appointment but got delayed by an urgent job interview.
