I came in with my three daughters expecting a nice experience while we all got our nails done together. We planned for two pedicures, two manicures, and a full set. After waiting patiently, the staff decided they would not do my youngest daughter’s nails (she’s 4) because I declined the $45 gel service. Took around 30 mins for anyone to come see me to start on my nails . They started on my friend’s nails without even asking what she wanted first so I had to pay for what she already started. I got acrylic on my toes and they are already chipping not even a whole week later. They were adding random chargers to my nail set and taking them back.
I think they did a really great job
