The service is ALWAYS prompt although takes a while to do my nails I wouldn’t trade this salon to the world.They go above and beyond with showing great hospitality and no matter which nail tech I’m given all staff are trained and you will get the same result(PERFECTION)

I did not have a good experience at this salon… Upon entering, I was asked my name and barely met with eye contact before being told to have a seat & wait. During my manicure, I pointed out a crack on the side of my nail. The tech seemed annoyed that I pointed it out and that she’d fix it. I remained quiet and let her do her thing. A day after leaving the salon, I notice the crack still visible in my nail. I also have peeling and unfinished cuticles. I did yesterday my manicure with Lola. As usually everything was perfectly done. I like the atmosphere and service at salon. They do their best all the time ! Happy New Year, girls

Julee Art Studio-the Worst Nail Salon Experience Ever! This was my first and DEFINITELY last time at this salon. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers is beyond belief. As a first-time client, I wasn’t informed of their ridiculous policy about needing to reserve extra time for certain services. How would I know this if they never bothered to tell me?
