Having been a customer for more than 25 years but in recent years there must have been a change in management - customer service is NOT there anymore and whenever you talk with someone to place an order they always seem so disinterested. Something is going on there - sounds like they need a few dozen happy employees instead of those they have now.
Poor customer service- This company has been around for years and back in the day had wonderful customer service. In the past 5 years they have had poor customer service. They never contact you and don't feel the need to contact you when your order has an issue. We always feel we are having to chase them for answers. We have called many times addressing this issue with them, but they don't seem to care.
