I did my internship as a student at this spa, and my experience was really unpleasant. The cleanliness is terrible: the towels are not properly washed, often have hair from other clients, and have a strong sweat odor, which is completely uncomfortable. Clients might not notice this at first because the towels are at the end of the hallway, but the lack of hygiene is evident. I wish I could give them no stars. Very unprofessional staff. I always get a facial with Chloe, I am getting a facial from her for 2 years now. When I booked this time, I confirmed if it’s with Chloe, their receptionist Lisa said yes. And then I receive the email that it’s with another person named Maria. When I confirmed with Lisa, she started forcing me to get a facial with Maria because she has more experience than Chloe. Like, okay, but I don’t care. I highly recommend facials with Maria. She is knowledgeable and skilled ... she cleared my hormonal acne after 5 months of facials. Front desk staff are friendly and booking appointments have been easy.
