Great people, friendly service, good communication, helped with my deductible. Took longer than expected due to things out their control but remained consistent in communication. My truck looks great again.

Juiels Auto Clinic on the north side was fantastic! My car was in an accident and the shop worked with me and State Farm and the process was so simple and handled all by the shop. Giselle was so helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. From getting scheduled for the estimate, to repairs, to pick up, Giselle heat me in the loop and everything turned out great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
I want to commend Juliels Auto Clinic, they did a great job. Francisco went about and beyond to help me out. This was the first time I've ever experienced working with a repair shop that really valued customer service and made you feel taken care of. Even though there was a little hiccup, the owner gave a call directly and made it right.
