I would give the place 5 stars for the quality and freshness ,but when I went in to order a dozen patties the lady and the counter kiss her teeth and said to her coworker "another one".. I wouldn't mind it normally but it made me feel that my business was unwanted. Guess I walked in at the wrong time. She informed me that it would be more convenient if I ordered off the app or website which I took as an educational plus.. Had to wait 30 min but it was worth it.

I’ve eaten at this Juici Patties location before and never had an issue. While my husband and I were ordering, I watched an employee sweep the floor with a broom and dustpan. She put the broom away, did not wash her hands, walked behind the counter, opened the patty warmer, and was about to handle my food. I immediately told my husband I didn’t want my order anymore.
