You all really need some MA's with common sense. I called in to get a new RX for my moms inhaler sent Walgreens. I repeated myself several times on what was needed. The girl kept saying oh her flonase nasal spray! What,??? Nooo her inhaler! She puts me on hold and comes back and said she figured it out and will have the dr submit the RX. The DA (figure it out) sent flonase!! How and the heck do you mix up the 2? Do you all not realize this mistake can put someone's life in danger?? I'm getting billing statements for consults that I canceled! I am not happy with this provider and will be disputing these charges. I will not be using this provider moving forward.
After waiting 40 minutes beyond scheduled tele-med consultation, I had to tap. I called at 20 minutes past appointment time and was told he was running behind. Assistant was unable to provide an estimate of how far behind. Please reduce your patient load so you can keep up with your scheduled appointments if that is the problem. I can’t speak to the level of care you’d receive from this provider with the caveat that they are unable to meet their scheduled appointments.
Multiple messages left attempting to get an appointment after my Dr referred me here. Never a call back.
