I have had business insurance with this company for years, I find out they are out of business by driving by their building. They shut down with no heads up leaving me scrambling for business insurance. But they still sent me notifications saying my payment is coming up.
Been with them 15+ plus years, miss two payments (one because your phone system is such a joke you couldn’t hear me and I forgot to call back) and you cancel my policy by letter, not a call first, nothing. Place is a joke, take your business elsewhere where loyalty and common sense might stilll reign, cause it’s sure not this dump.
