Hello, I am a graduate of the Juel Fairbanks Program and lived on grounds for 8 months leaving the facility in late April, 2014. I am still recovering and grateful for that today. I wanted to let others know what to expect from the facility, staff, and programs. FACILITY- 4 stars-it is kept well and extremely clean. STAFF- 1star- During my time there 11 employees were either fired or quit.
