She did a really nice job on my toes and got my calluses, which were significant, completely filed off. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there were some weird K-pop dance videos on the TV. They just seemed kind of freaky. Other than that, I'd go back.
The staff were nice and the place was very clean, but the nails were not quality. I got my nails done on a Sunday and the following Monday one of my nails popped off. Everyday since then my nails have continued to pop off. Usually I receive a very quality set, but not this time. I’ll have to consider if i’ll continue to go there.
I went to Lux because I saw a great review on here where the woman just raved about the quality and the customer service here. I'll admit, the first time I went, I was very impressed. An older gentleman in a U.S Army hat (I think?) did my nails the first time. I got a full set of acrylic nails with the cat-eye gel polish.He was very nice, so patient, and the service was only $55. I did of course tip him so it was more by the end, but very reasonably priced, especially for a special polish and he did such a good job. Those na... read more
Lee is the best! 2nd time here and the deluxe pedicure is … staff is amazing and very nice. Highly recommend them for all nail needs.
