I would give zero if I could. I had ordered flowers for my fiancee and her little sister. They sent both to one location when they had separate addresses to be sent to. And when I was on the phone the lady on the phone was very disrespectful saying she "doesnt have time to look for my order." Then, when it was resolved 5 hours later, I was shorted on the quality I had paid for. For example if I bought 6, they game me 3. Which in this case was the standard when I had paid for the deluxe. Just called in VERY LAST MINUTE, it being 9:30am and needing a delivery BEFORE 11am. :-/ Seriously best customer service I've ever received!!!! Only had a "slight idea" of what I wanted and was given all the options they had over the phone without having to even leave the house. She was incredibly sweet and helped me so much.
