I called to find out about their satin glove selection and the girl was so rude, she told me "You need to hold on a minute" not ask but told me to hold on. And when she came back to the phone she told me 12.98 and hung up the phone, and when I called back to tell her tha she was RUDE she gave the ring tone again. Man, if this is their idea of good customer service, the have ALOT TO LEARN.............................
