Do not do taxes here. They do not put information in right, therefore I did not receive my tax money/ tax back until months later. Than they had me fix the issue by calling around.
Honestly I was quite disappointed I called in advance 2 weeks and ask about the price and he told me an amount just to get charged doble after he finished. Not the best experience I had and it was unpleasant specifically when on a budget . Never using this place again .
Today was my first experience getting assistance with my taxes. Johnna was knowledgeable, walked me through every step, educated me on deductions I would never even consider, and was so pleasant and personable. The rate was so reasonable and so well worth it. Even if you don't think you need help, you do! Go see her!
