We worked with her as a PC/DM and she turned out to be biased. She was not making unbiased decisions in the child's best interests. She was using past information not from our current circumstances to influence her decisions which is decidedly not in the child's best interest. We thought the point of a PC/DM is to get an unbiased person who will objectively do what is best for the child. Not drag up the past and use it against the parent(s) to make decisions for one or the other parent and not the child's best interest.
