Terrible experience with this Doctor's Office. I was on Suboxone program . Be very careful to keep up with your own records, because they are very dishonest. The staff will back each other up against you. My Doctor or Nurse PA, was Carla who at the time of treatment is very low key, acts as if she is understanding, but watch out, she likes some patience better than others. Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

No, it was fine Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away
