Very rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment at the cvs minutes clinic for my little daughter and I was waiting for over an hour. When she opened the door she said that she is on her day off and she is not going to accept to see my daughter. She was speaking loud with no respect. She said that she is above the law and do whatever. I will file a claim against her.
