Judy does not seem to be together, she does not remember the day of the week even after several customers remined her. She cut the hair way too short but insisted she didnt while the floor was full of hair. I asked her to clean the cut hair (which was quiet a bit and messy), she used the blow dryer towards my eyes to blow away the hair. Both my daugher and I think it is way too risky to have her cut hair.
Called to make an appointment, but could not understand nor hear the lady on the other end. She kept talking the same questions as if I was a new caller even though we never ended the conversation.
She don't have patience. She did hair cut and it's so poor. Such cut, even we can do it at our home with trimmer. When I asked for some correction during my hair cut. She was so angry on me. Very poor customer service
Judy is awesome. I will be seeing her once a week while I am in CA. I recommend her.
