Mrs. Adkins is has been in the antique business for as long as I can remember, and still has the wonderful shop of bargains just off of Westover Drive in Danville, Va. She knows the history of her pieces and will spend hours informing you if she doen't have a prior engagement. She lives next ddor but I'd call if you're planning an outing. Take a truck because she has those "killer" deals we look for. Yesterday I got an education in oneof my favorite periods that I thougth I knew. What fun!
