I went to her the first time 8 months ago in Strongsville, I had to switch to her because Dr. Paul left practice. She was very cold, in a hurry and gave a very poor examination. I have a history of melanoma. I thought I would give her another chance and saw her in August because I had a mole that was was a concern. Again her and Tina “ nurse” , same thing very cold and hurried, very poor skin evaluation. She's incredibly good at her job and gives such a warm welcome to her office. Great experience and would recommend her a million times!
If i could give no stars, I would. Judy A. Yetzer was horrible! Worst experience I've ever had. She walked in without even saying hello. She immediately asked me to lift up my shirt for no reason at all. I told her my problem was facial acne. Nothing on the body. She seemed rushed and maybe did an exam for no longer than 5 seconds. She was extremely rude and seemed not at all knowledgeable with dermatology.
