Dr Todd is an amazing Doctor
Highly unrecommended. Unpleasant receptionist that you'll be lucky if she ever picks up the phone when you call. Doctor that uses scare tactics, shows up late to even the first appointment of the day every time and then tells you she doesn't have time for the one thing you came to discuss after she talks about everything except the purpose of your appointment. Dr. Todd has been my doctor since I moved to Toronto 16 years ago from Vancouver! She has always been providing the utmost care with patient, kind, and understanding! She emails us the day before my daughter was supposed to go see her for a vaccination during this COVID-19 to say it would be safer to do it another time! Believe me I was scared to go! Awful doctor very dishonest and a liar. Tells patients to only contact them if they are sick or if there is an issue with them. I waited a month complaining about ear pain and it became very infected when I went to a walk in clinic a month later. Doctor uses scare tactics to make sure patients wont come in and when they are actually sick they get worse because they are scared to come in.
