Appointment is hard to make and very long waiting time.
Dr Tiongco is amazing. She takes her time, listens to your concerns. More importantly she ALWAYS has a solution. Her rolodex of referrals are always the best. The staff at the front desk are always cheerful and most helpful. Dennis on check out is thorough. Shakina always has a smile and extremely pleasant. No one employed there ever seems to be having a bad day. Thank you all for being compassionate when caring for me.
I moved to NJ a couple of years ago and have been seeing Dr, Tiongco. She seems nice enough, but always seems rushed and I think that, sadly, she is totally burnt out. I have been having medical symptoms (possibly cardiac) for the past few weeks. I tried to schedule an appointment online and the earliest appointment available was April 16th.
