I debated writing this review for a while until my problem was solved but it's been a month and I'm still in pain. I was a patient here 3 years ago (age 19) and my experience was good...until it wasn't. One day I was told I needed a crown. I was already skeptical because I would have to pay lots out of pocket that my insurance didn't cover. I did get the crown, but during the procedure I needed more numbing I guess than the average person. I always have a great experience here, their staff is really friendly and knowledgeable.

I would avoid this place. Every time I came in they had some hidden new charges for me. They had me schedule a cleaning way ahead of schedule, never told me I would have to come out of pocket until I was sitting in office. I felt like it was pay or no service. Kinda like a scam, why wouldnt they have let me know when I scheduled the appointment I would owe when I came in? They also added charges from a crown I got after the fact. I love Dr. Angeles and her whole team. They are friendly, informative, professional, kind, and the customer service is topnotch. The office is extremely clean and it always smells great.
