I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this office. I had been waiting an entire month for my prenatal appointment, only to be called the same day and told it needed to be rescheduled due to the provider being out. While I understand that emergencies happen, what is unacceptable is the complete lack of accommodation afterward. I don't know how anyone could give this lady less that 5 stars. In my opinion five isn't enough. She was so kind to me and really went above and beyond to maintain professionalism and to make me feel comfortable, which isn't easy when your getting a female exam. I dread going to get them but she made the visit so pleasant! I'll definitely be asking for her from now on!
