I've known Judi the Clinical Director & Stress Specialist at the Bodymind Institute-IBSR for 2 +years since she moved to WNC. I visited her in her office in Hendersonville NC after she moved into a practice from Arden to Hendo and I loved her personality. Plus her friendly pets. She made me feel at home and when COVID-19 hit using TeleHealth was easy with her helping me through it. I would not refer to anyone else if someone asked me who should I talk to about my anxiety and stress from work, or my relationship.
Wow, they really helped me resolve my issues of anxiety and panic and also the addiction I was dealing with. I got so angry would fight with my girlfriend and they gave me tools to control it!
