I love this drs. Office. They are very thorough and always available. I normally see Juliana, the PA and she is amazing. The front office is awesome as well. Charlie is in the upfront office and she is on top of things. I feel like this doctor’s office really cares about my health.
When Dr Mello retired and sold her practice to Phoenix Internal Medicine I was not sure about staying with the new practice as it is quite a distance from my home. But because her office staff, the amazing Charlie and Brenda were staying I figured I would give the new doctors a try. I am so glad I did. Couldn’t say exactly why but I was treated horribly. Something about me made them think it was ok to treat me like a sub human. Went in for a physical which is free with my insurance but they charged me $95. Their excuse was that I couldn’t talk to the “dr” about anything unless I paid. Anyway, once my results came in they held them over my head for another $95.
