It seems that ever since I got her once my rheumatologist left, she doesn't spend enough time with me as a patient. Maybe she was overwhelmed with the additional patients but after 2 yrs, much hasn't changed. My last visit in January, I arrived early as suggested by my chart, I waited about 15 minutes then was called back to the room, an assistant came in and talked to me, then said that Dr. Lin would be in, in a few minutes...well a few minutes was turned in to 55 minutes (which was unacceptable).
