I've had problems with her being 30-45 minutes late while I sit there waiting. I've spent more time with her assistant than her. One of my appointments I showed up and they couldn't check me in because I was told my appointment had just been canceled. When I called her office I was told that someone had left a message that my appointment had to be canceled but there was no message not even in my call log on the date I was told the message had been left (their number is programmed in my phone).
