I have never experienced such a terrible bedside manner from a physician. Dr. Thompson was cold, dismissive, aggressive, and completely unwilling to acknowledge that every patient is an individual with unique circumstances. I recently had a referral to see Dr. Thompson after having some issues. I can not say enough great things about her and her office staff. They were so communicative from the very beginning up until my appointment, calling me multiple times to confirm and answer my questions. I'm so grateful for Dr. Thompson and her team! They were able to work me in (same day) as a new patient. I've been dealing with mastitis that turned into an abscess. She was so kind and was gentle with helping to drain it. It was very scary but she made the experience as best as it could have been! I think she is a Christian. Her office had Christian music and was very peaceful.
Wow! Just Wow! What an awesome doctor! Great bedside manner to the patient and family. Gives me hope in the medical profession.
